Where we deliver
We deliver across India.
We do not ship outside India.
Delivery charges
A flat delivery charge of ₹60 applies to every order.
Delivery is free on orders strictly above ₹999. An order of exactly ₹999 still pays the ₹60 delivery charge.
The charge is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch time
Because every jar is made after you order, we need 1 to 2 working days to prepare and pack your order before it leaves us.
Delivery time
We dispatch from Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. Once dispatched, delivery depends on our courier partner and your location. As a rough guide:
- Andhra Pradesh and neighbouring states: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Elsewhere in India: 4–7 working days after dispatch
- Remote areas: longer
These are estimates, not guarantees. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 3–9 working days. Courier timelines are outside our control, and festivals, weather, and regional disruptions can add delays.
Tracking
We will share tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can follow your order's progress in the app: Placed → Being made → Packed → Shipped → Delivered.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address and phone number before placing your order. We ship to the address saved on the order and cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful, we can resend it once you pay the delivery charge again.
Packaging
Pickles are packed in sealed jars with cushioning for transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, see our Refund and cancellation policy — contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
