These terms govern your use of the Simhapuri Pickles app and any order you place through it. By using the app, you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

Our products

We make pickles by hand, in small batches, to order. Because each batch is made individually, there may be small variations in colour, texture, spice level, and appearance between batches. This is normal for handmade food and is not a defect.

Ingredients are listed on each product page. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, read them before ordering. If you are unsure about an ingredient, ask us before you buy.

Our pickles contain oil, salt, and spices, and some contain chilli in significant quantity.

Accounts

You need an account to order. Keep your sign-in details private — you are responsible for activity on your account.

You must be 18 or over to use this app.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on each product page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Because our ingredient costs change with the season and the market, our prices change from time to time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it. Later price changes do not affect an order already placed.

Orders

An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment. We will confirm it in the app.

We may decline or cancel an order if an ingredient is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Availability changes with the season. A product may be unavailable at short notice.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.

Your order is not confirmed until payment succeeds.

Storage and shelf life

Storage instructions are provided with each product. Pickles should be kept sealed, away from direct sunlight, and handled with a clean dry spoon. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Our liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit to eat. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for reactions to ingredients that are listed on the product page.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Intellectual property

The Simhapuri Pickles name, recipes, photographs, and app content belong to us. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when you place it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
